Shipping, Refunds, & Exchanges


ORDER FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING:

We are currently only shipping within the USA.

For small batch wares and goods, orders will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days.  In alignment with our ethics to reduce waste, items labeled as “made-to-order” in listings will be shipped within 5-14 business days.  Please reach out via email if you have any questions about your order status.

Once orders leave our possession, delivery is estimated to be 2-5 business days depending where you are located in the US.  Tracking numbers are provided via email.  Due to Covid-19 and the overwhelming amount of packages moving through USPS, we have noticed a delay with tracking updates.  Your patience with USPS is appreciated.  Please reach out via email if you have any questions about your order or shipping status.  Payment must be cleared prior to shipping. No exceptions.

We participate in carbon neutral shipping and strictly use post consumer recycled materials for printing, packaging, and shipping.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

Due to COVID-19 we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  Thank you for understanding.  Orders that have not been fulfilled yet can be canceled within 24 hours of placing an order.  Please reach out via email to do so. wazuaz@stalph.co
