Smudge

Cedar, a medicine of protection. 

Cedar smoke is said to attract good spirits and eliminate negative energies. Often used to cleanse a new home or space upon moving in, which invites unwanted spirits to leave and protects a person, place, or object from unwanted influences.

Burning Instructions:

You can crumble it up and burn it in a dish or light the end and blow it out, allowing the wand to smolder.  After smudging your space, snuff out the cherry and let it rest in a fireproof bowl or abalone shell for later use.  For your safety, please make sure your smudge stick is completely out before leaving it unattended.
