How long until I receive my order?

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of your purchase. All packages are shipped via USPS and will arrive in approximately 2-7 business days.

International shipping takes approximately 6-10 business days.

 

A guarantee from Stalph, you will be notified via email the status of your order each step of the way and a tracking number will be provided.

 

 

The product I ordered is marked with an asterisk (*) in the product description. What does this mean?

If the product you ordered is marked with an asterisk (*), it means the item is not mass produced but rather handcrafted just for you.

 

Asterisk marked products are created using special order fabric—meaning the fabric is ordered from our printer on a per-order-basis.

 

There are a few steps to the process you should be familiar with.

 

1. Custom printed fabric is ordered within 24 hours of your purchase.

2. Once your custom printed fabric is ordered, it takes approximately 7-14 days to arrive at the Stalph Studio.

3. Once your custom printed fabric arrives at the Stalph Studio, your product is handcrafted with a 1-2 day turnaround by WaZeil, assisted by UaZit, and shipped via USPS.

 

Products with marked with an asterisk (*) can not be returned but come with a 1 year repair warranty.  You will be responsible for paying for shipping but the repair is free of charge.

 

 

Can you designate my order as a gift?

Absolutely! Please send us an email immediately after your order has been placed, detailing your needs.

Gift orders come with a special note—just specify if your want your name attached or if you want to send your gift anonymously.

 

What is your Return Policy?

Products must be returned within 14 days of  arrival.

 

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in the original condition you received them.

 

Products marked with an asterisk (*) may not be returned.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the product.  Initial order shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.  Once we receive your return, you will be notified and a refund will be credited to the original method of payment.
